If you would like to do a last-minute order between the hours listed above please choose ‘Now‘ when selecting date/time for collection via the booking site. If all slots are already pre-booked your order may be rejected, or we will give you the next available time.

 

Our drink collection service will be continuing every weekend between the hours of 3pm and 6pm on Friday & Saturday.

STEP 2: WE WILL SEND YOU A ONE TIME PAYMENT LINK VIA TEXT MESSAGE USING iZETTLE (BY PAYPAL), OUR NORMAL PAYMENT SYSTEM USED AT THE BAR. PLEASE ENSURE YOU GIVE THE CORRECT MOBILE PHONE NUMBER WHEN ORDERING – ANY ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PRE-PAID WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

STEP 3: COLLECT YOUR ORDER FROM KOO AT YOUR DESIGNATED DATE/TIME.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ORDER LATE AT NIGHT OR EARLY IN THE MORNING YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11AM AND 9PM DAILY.

 

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING VALID IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU IN THE FORM OF A PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENSE. IF WE NEED TO CHECK ID WE WILL ASK YOU TO PLACE IT BY THE ‘COLLECTION POINT’ SIGN AND STAND BY THE DOOR. WE WILL SANITISE,  CHECK THE ID AND RE-SANITISE.

IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT BRING A VALID ID WITH YOU AND ARE CHECKED, WE WILL REFUSE SERVICE AND REFUND YOUR PAYMENT.
